SANZA Teaching Agency is thrilled to be recruiting for a PPA EYFS SEND Teacher to work with children with Autism in a specialist SEN provision in Brent. Job Role As a PPA EYFS SEND Teacher, you will:
- Provide outstanding teaching across EYFS during PPA cover, working with children with Autism.
- Deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Work flexibly across the provision, building strong relationships with children and staff.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, staff, and external professionals to support every child's progress.
- Offer leadership input in areas such as curriculum development or staff mentoring, if appropriate.
Candidate Requirements We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds QTS with experience teaching children with special educational needs, particularly Autism.
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of SEND teaching strategies and the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
- Exhibits strong classroom management skills and fosters an inclusive, positive environment.
- Has a passion for EYFS education and a creative teaching approach.
- Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
