Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, looking to expand its team of chartered accountants based in Birmingham. Looking for an individual that's passionate about delivering exceptional client service, developing your team, and contributing to a forward-thinking firm.

Role Requirements -

• Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice.
• Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews.
• Drive business growth through upselling and innovative solutions.
• Enhance systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement.

Personal Requirements -

• ACA / ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Solid accountancy practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom).
• Excellent client relationship management and team management skills.
