We’re looking for a passionate Clinic Manager & Senior Physiotherapist to join our flagship clinic in Godalming. This role combines managing your own clinical caseload (90%) with team leadership and clinic management (10%), offering the perfect opportunity to grow your career while making a real impact.
Reporting to the Regional Lead you will be an integral part of the Clinical Management Team at Bodyset and are expected to act as an ambassador for the Company, with accountability for the daily operations and service delivery for their regional team, ensuring quality outcomes and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities - What You’ll Be Doing:
Clinic & Team Management (10%)
• Oversee daily operations, team performance, and regular 1-1s and reviews.
• Plan and implement efficient diary management to maximise clinical services.
• Train and support new team members while identifying local marketing opportunities.
• Drive client referrals and clinic growth through innovative partnerships.
• Report performance trends and KPIs to the Regional Lead.
• Maintain equipment, monitor stock levels, and ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Continuously improve clinic standards and manage clinical complaints effectively.
• Take ownership of the clinic’s clinical offerings and commercial performance.
Clinical Caseload (90%)
• Deliver a highly confident, consultative approach with new & existing clients to prescribe and plan effective treatments to deliver lasting outcomes
• Attract and retain clients at excellent levels, with an exceptional active patient management approach
• Build and maintain excellent referral relationships with external partnerships (sports clubs, gym instructors, PT’s), and consultants
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements year-round.
• Confidently communicating with all partners to provide well documented and comprehensive notes and reports where required
Skills required - What you will bring:
• BSc (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy (Osteopathy or Chiropractic may also be considered)
• Confident clinical expert with sound understanding of the UK private healthcare market, healthcare regulation, with extensive experience in this space.
• HCPC and CSP registration (or equivalent)
• Highly commercial someone who can deliver results and engage their teams to ensure high performance working culture
• Leadership - proven experience of managing a team of clinicians, professional and consistent under pressure or a desire to step up and develop in this role
• Energetic and driven Self Starter - able to work independently with initiative and a pro-active nature and as part of a wider team
