• Proven experience in recruitment or sales (preferably in the Industrial sector)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for building relationships and driving results

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates for temporary and perminent positions in the Industrial sector
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Match candidates to job opportunities
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Achieve and exceed targets
