Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage daily HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve cases with a solution-oriented approach.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment activities, ensuring seamless onboarding for new team members.
- Policy Development: Create and update HR policies to support organisational goals and compliance.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers on employee reviews, development plans, and objective setting.
- HR Metrics: Develop and analyse HR data to inform decisions related to payroll, attendance, and other employee metrics.
- Apprenticeship Management: Oversee and grow the apprenticeship programme.
- ISO Standards: Support quality management systems and maintain ISO 9001 standards in partnership with the quality team.
Essential Skills and Experience: - CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR roles.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Desirable Skills: - Experience in ISO 9001-certified environments.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship schemes.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Experience in automating HR processes to enhance efficiency.
Schedule: - Full-time, permanent role.
- Monday to Friday.
Additional Information: - Applicants must hold CIPD certification and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must have UK work authorisation and be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Tonbridge.
