CNC Setter Operator

The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Machinist / CNC Setter / Operator for their client based in Great Dunmow, Essex.

Working Hours 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday. Finish at 3.45pm Friday (38 hours)

Role will involve:

* CNC & Manual turning.
* You would be required to be able set and operate a 2 axis CNC lathe and manual lathe by following a setting sheet.
* Working with cast resin, steel, brass, aluminium, & plastic
* Batch sizes usually 1-20 off.
* Some High tolerances on diameters.
* Ability to read engineering drawings as well as experience of repairing tooling to engineering drawings would be beneficial.
* Perform pillar drilling, tapping, polishing, cleaning and other tasks as required.
* Cleaning down machines and work areas at the end of the day.
