Position: Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with varying needs.
• Assisting with the development of educational resources and activities.
• Promoting positive behavior and a safe learning environment.
• Supporting students with additional learning needs or disabilities.
• Helping students build confidence and develop social skills.

Requirements:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for education and helping children thrive.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices.
