Supply Teacher responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the students’ age group and abilities.
• Adapt to different classroom settings and school environments.
• Mark work at the end of the school day (Primary) and ensure effective classroom behaviour management.
• Report back to cover co-ordinators with full handover of the day's cover/as required for longer-term assignments. 
• Support students’ learning and progression in line with school objectives.

Supply Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in Primary or Secondary schools.
• Ability to manage behaviour and deliver lessons effectively.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to schools in the Sheerness area.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for education.
