Are you an IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and supporting end-users in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a IT Support Engineer to join our London office and provide top-tier technical support. This role is based in London, Richmond Station. Which has fantastic links on the South West Trains the London Underground District line and also the London Overground North London Line. Also Richmond is very well connected via numerous Bus Routes.

This will be a hybrid working environment. 3days in the office and 2 days from home From Richmond, London. More flex on offer if and when needed.

About the Role:

As a IT Support Engineer you will be the primary IT support contact for our London office. You'll handle a wide array of responsibilities, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensuring seamless video conferencing for critical meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+years in IT support within IT Support Role Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and AV/VC systems (Zoom Rooms/Microsoft Teams).
  • Virtual & Cloud Technologies including VMWare and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ensure that any backup / replication failures reported via the service desk, are investigated, resolved and, if required escalated to the Senior IT Support Engineer.
  • Excellent customer service at every opportunity.
  • Confident and clear communication in person, over the telephone, and in writing.
  • IT / Technical Support Experience.
  • Good knowledge and experience of Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam and Networking
  • Good knowledge and experience of O365, and Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
  • Experience of working with smart screens
  • Ability to support smart mobile devices
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and organisational abilities.
