Business Development Manager:

Lead a team of up to 10 Personal Move Assistants, driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Salary:£25,000 - £27,000 per annum (based on sales management experience) + 10% override on team’s commission (uncapped)

Working hours: Rota pattern covering early and late shifts Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu the following week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve team KPI targets by securing new listing opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
  • Enhance team performance through targeted training and development.
  • Drive the sales process, ensuring business growth and client retention.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks for regional branches.
  • Operate within company standards, policies, and systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and regional teams.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings.
  • Deliver new starter inductions and act as a role model for the team.
