Job Title: Team Leader - Warehouse Operations

Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday- Friday

Salary: £24,000-£27,000 per annum, DOE.

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our client's Warehouse Operations team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing inventory, supervising a team of employees, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deliveries and list stock on website and WMS

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of returns

- Manage order fulfilment, including picking and packing

- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

- Supervise a team of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met

- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members

- Provide feedback on staff performance

- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or explain processes

- Handle customer complaints, concerns, or issues with empathy and professionalism

- Assist with order placement, changes, or cancellations

- Help customers track shipments or manage returns and exchanges

- Offer advice or recommendations based on customer needs

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

- Gather feedback from customers to help improve the company's products, services, or customer service processes

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an operations position/warehouse management

- Leadership skills with a positive work attitude

- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks across areas of responsibility

- Ability to comply with all health and safety standards and company policies

- Computer skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
