THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN ROLE:

• Offer technical support
• Resolve issues through phone, email, and service desk
• Provide remote assistance
• Explain products and services
• Assist with software development when required

SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Office 365, and SQL
• Background or interest in software development
• Strong technical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving license required
