Warehouse Manager

Our client, a well established and rapidly expanding manufacturing company, have a new requirement for a Warehouse Manager to join their busy team. You will work with the Warehouse Assistant Manager to meet daily tasks and KPI’s. Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods and products in line with business operations and customer demands.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and coaching staff (currently 9 strong)

Health and safety

Risk assessments

Purchasing

KPI's

Timesheets/Rotas

Deadline meeting

Stock control

Racking inspections

MHE

Quality control

Inter departmental liaison

Key Requirements:

Excellent numeracy and literacy

Attention to detail

Team player

Communication skills

Able to prioritise

Minimum secondary education level

Extensive warehouse managerial experience

FLT licence desirable

Reviewing KPI's

Risk assessments experience

Health and safety experience

Electrics knowledge/experience an advantage

Full time Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
