• Contract: Full-time, 6 month temp contract
• Location: Eye, Suffolk
• Salary: From £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Finance Assistant to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone starting out in finance or part-qualified and looking to further their career. The position involves a variety of tasks including invoicing, payment chasing, and general administrative duties, providing a great opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in financial operations.

• Invoicing customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Chasing for payments as needed.
• Processing customer deductions and raising, posting credit notes.
• Supporting the purchase ledger.
• Performing general administrative duties.
• Providing holiday and absence cover for other team members.
• Supporting other members of the finance team with various processes as required.

• Ideal for someone beginning their career in finance or part-qualified (AAT) and aspiring to qualify.
• Previous experience in a finance role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
