Technical Field Sales / Sales Engineer
  
Location: Uxbridge UK
Hours: Full Time 8:30 – 4:30 pm Office based (Uxbridge) with travel to customer sites as and when required.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 basic depending on experience
On target earnings of up to £55,000 (uncapped commission)
  
Our client is a leading instrumentation supply company, offering a wide range of products for specialist industrial applications, supplying to all market sectors including oil/gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, food, motor racing, semi-conductor, and power generation.
A key part of the role will be business development and prospecting for new customers. Therefore, you'll have a good understanding technical sales - ideally with an engineering background.

Office-based when not travelling, the role will primarily involve sales activities, including identifying customer needs, presenting products, and closing sales. IT would suit a candidate already in the field, or someone already in technical sales looking to take the step up into Field sales.
  
Are you the right person for the job?
 Technical Sales experience (internal or field sales)
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Formal qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production or related field is an advantage
 Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
 UK Driving licence
 Experience with selling into varied markets/industries
