Our client is currently seeking a Legal Finance Assistant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage financial records, including processing payments and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing client and office payments, including banking and cheque printing.
  • Process petty cash transactions and manage purchase ledgers.
  • Support the Finance Manager and other team members with various finance-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software, Microsoft Office applications, and Legal Case Management Systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
