We are delighted to be working with a growing business in Leeds as they continue on their journey of change and transformation. This is a Strategic People Partner role, supporting business leaders on transformational change and delivering the people strategy.
Key elements of the role include;
- Partner with senior business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on all people related matters.
- Develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance and employee satisfaction.
- Support initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Utilise HR data and metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Drive initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
- Support transformational change activities and ensure smooth transitions during organisational changes.
Working with the wider people team, this is a highly collaborative environment with a fantastic team.
Based in Leeds with hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate; - Proven experience as a People Partner within a large and complex commercial business.
- Highly experienced in leading change and transformation, expert in employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Experience with data and insights to drive commercial decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
