Location: Solihull (4 days office-based, 1 day remote)
Contract: 6-Month Maternity Cover
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Start Date: No later than 1st February 2025

Are you an experience, pragmatic and assertive Management Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior finance executives? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our client's dynamic finance team as a Management Assistant, providing critical support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the wider finance function.

• Diary Management: Organising and maintaining the CFO's schedule amidst a fast-paced, transformational environment.
• Board Pack Creation: Compiling and distributing comprehensive, professional board materials.
• Presentation Decks: Designing and refining presentations to a high standard using PowerPoint.
• Expense Management: Overseeing and processing expense claims via advanced expense and travel management systems.
• Meeting Coordination: Setting up meeting rooms, including IT equipment, catering, and other essentials to ensure seamless workflow.
• Finance Team Support: Acting as the "go-to" contact for the finance department and providing administrative and organizational assistance.
• Minute-Taking: Accurately capturing and distributing minutes during high-level meetings.
• Collaboration: Working across business support functions to enhance efficiency and foster collaboration.

• Essential:

  • Previous experience supporting a CFO or Finance Director in a corporate setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and exceptional administrative skill sets.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience using expense and travel management systems.
  • Assertive and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Preferred:

  • Ability to travel between Birmingham and London for meetings as required.
