Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a small team with big ambitions? We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of our growing business.

Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately
  • Managing and maintaining the diary for the team
  • Assisting with general office duties, including filing, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies
  • Supporting with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with a proactive attitude
