Overview
We have an opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation senior solicitor to join an award-winning firm and regional commercial team, based in central Manchester.

The Commercial Litigation role will include:
* Managing a caseload of Commercial Litigation Disputes, Director and Shareholder disputes, Debt Recovery, defamation, Finance Litigation, Insolvency Litigation, Property Litigation and landlord and tenant matters.
* Managing high value claims from inception through to completion.

The Ideal Commercial Litigation candidate will:
* 3+ PQE specialising in Commercial Litigation matters.
* Demonstrate strong technical expertise.
* Excellent client care.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Strong business development skills
