Role: Temporary Senior Credit Controller

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Full time - 40hrs per week

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: £15 per hour

Start Date: Monday 2nd December

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Temporary Senior Credit Controller to join our clients successful team to be available to start on Monday 2nd December.   

Duties of a Senior Credit Controller

• Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email.
• Management of cash allocation.
• Raising credit notes
• Resolving and monitoring any queries raised.
• Email communication and face to face meetings with partners and associates regarding all debts.
• Analysing, monitoring and reducing debts.
• Reporting KPI’s and forecasting.
• Opening new accounts and processing customer credit checks.
• Checking incoming funds.
• Electronic filing.

What we would like from you:

• Have at least 3 years credit control experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience of account reconciliation.
• Competent in the use of MS Office
• Experience of using SAP Business ONE is desirable.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proactive approach to debt collection and follows processes.
• To be driven and motivated
