Salary:£25,000-£33,000
Job Type: Permanent  I am looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing team in Lincolshire on a permanent basis. 

What You’ll Do:

• Create and edit designs using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Work with senior engineers to develop prototypes and technical drawings.
• Help test and improve designs to ensure they meet requirements.
• Support manufacturing teams during production.

• HNC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Basic CAD knowledge, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Some relevant experience (like internships) is helpful, but not required.
• 1-3 Years experience in Design Engineering 
• Hands on experience 
• Forward thinking Engineer with a creative side
