Plots Paralegal

Job Title:Residential Plot Sales Paralegal
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000
Hours: Full Time Office Based - Potential for Hybrid & Progression

My client is an established legal 500 firm who are looking for an experienced Residential Plot Sales Paralegal to join an established Property team.

The day-to-day duties for the Plot Sales role will include:

* Liaising with Estate agents, developers, buyers' lawyers.
* Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract packs.
* Requesting redemption figures/ liaising with lenders to release plots from security.
* Reporting to clients with contracts to sign.
* Dealing with buyers enquiries.
* Creating proficient in excel for weekly reports to developers.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previously worked in Residential Conveyancing or Plot sales as an assistant or paralegal.
* Great attention to detail.
* Highly organised.
