- Coach and support the site management and employees on HSE matters.

- Monitor legal compliance and manage relations with local government and regulatory organizations.

- Organise and lead HSE audits and training sessions, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Act as the management's representative in maintaining and implementing the Environmental Management System (EMS) across the business.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and the ability to drive compliance and best practices.

- Excellent analytical skills to assess risks and devise effective solutions.
