Location: Cambridgeshire (Candidates from Derby, Leicester, or Stoke also considered)
Salary: Up to £53,000 (dependent on experience)

TSR are partnering with a leading nationwide Facilities Management company seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. This role involves travel to client sites and occasional visits to the head office in Cambridgeshire, which will be required once every other week.

Role Overview:
The Estimator will be responsible for creating accurate costings for maintenance services, conducting site surveys, and delivering competitive bids for new contracts, renewals, and variations. Travel will be a key part of this role, requiring flexibility to visit various sites within the company's operating regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and detailed proposals for M&E maintenance contracts.
• Conduct site surveys to assess project needs, requiring regular travel to client locations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Work closely with internal teams to support the preparation and submission of bids.
• Attend the head office in Cambridgeshire once every other week for team collaboration.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in Facilities Management or M&E environments.
• Strong ability to manage site visits and travel efficiently within the operating regions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
