Electrical Estimator with Contract Management Duties

Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience)

TSR are partnering with an established Electrical Contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong aptitude for contract management to join their team.

Role Overview:
As the Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in producing accurate cost estimations for electrical projects and maintenance services. Alongside this, you will oversee aspects of contract management, ensuring smooth execution and compliance across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for electrical installation and maintenance contracts, renewals, and variations.
• Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and gather pricing from suppliers.
• Manage contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and procurement, to support delivery.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, addressing variations and ensuring profitability.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally within an electrical contracting or M&E environment.
• Knowledge of contract management processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
