• Proven commercial experience in Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets, ideally with advanced Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preference for MS Dynamics 365
• Experience in managing manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and inventory transitions
• Team leadership experience
