The company:
A growing and innovative manufacturer specialising in providing domestic solutions with sites and distributors located globally

Main duties:
Providing technical onboarding, advice and support to customers on the UK market as well internationally

The role:
- Be responsible for the on-boarding of new customers
- Supply training on the range of products
- Provide technical support and advice within an international territory (Spain)
- Liaise with the engineering team on product development
- Provide first line technical support with all aspects related to installation, service and maintenance

The candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
- Experience within a field based technical support role required
- Technical qualification beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer care
- Able to work autonomously
- Must be able to travel (valid passport and driver's licence) essential
