A well-established chiropractic and wellness clinic is looking for an outstanding Senior Receptionist and Administrator to join their team and serve the local community. This role is within a very busy practice, you'll be constantly on your feet with hundreds of customers each week.
THE ROLE:
Overall you will ensure clients have an A1 experience every time. This includes:
- Front-of-house reception: Greeting customers, answering the phones, making bookings, ensuring the area is presentable
- Supporting the clinical team
- Administration, general operations and getting involved where required to help the team.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous reception and front-of-house experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Compassionate and intelligent
- Ambitious to develop
- Local to Romford/Ilford area
SALARY & BENEFITS: - £30,000, starting salary
- Performance bonus up to £6,000
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
