Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client's Hotel operation in Gloucester. The menu offers fresh food with a real focus on quality.
You’ll need experience managing a good team and overseeing busy services. As Head Chef you'll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, supporting, training and developing the junior chefs.

What are we looking for in Head Chef candidates?

• Excellent length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• At least 3 years at Senior Sous or Head Chef level
