Post Date, 27/11/2024
Salary: 45000-55000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, entrepreneur Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit, high-end developer in Epsom.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
This trendy, dynamic construction company need a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to have strong involvement in all aspects of their interesting projects.
They specialise in high-end refurbishments, fit outs, and new builds for education, commercial & residential projects across London. As these projects involve early years education, they require a creative imagination in their design.
The firm recently moved into new offices that they fitted-out themselves and have a team of 35/40 based out of this office with sites located in and around Central London. The role is office based but will require occasional site visits.
If you're looking for a role offering full project exposure-from design and procurement to valuations and delivery-this could be the perfect fit for you. You'll act as both main contractor and client, offering insight into both sides of project management and cost control. Unlike in larger firms, you won't be pigeonholed-you'll be involved in every aspect of the project, gaining autonomy and a broad skillset.
Working closely with the current Senior QS and Director, this role is suited to someone looking for:
