Business Analyst - Digital Government Transformation
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client's digital team, playing a crucial role in transforming UK government digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital transformation initiatives through detailed analysis and recommendations
• Lead comprehensive workshop analyses and deep-dive projects, producing evidence-based reports combining quantitative data with qualitative insights
• Develop and optimize business processes that will shape organizational future
• Foster strong partnerships across the business through effective communication and workshop facilitation
• Support the Digital, Data and Technology function in monitoring and realizing transformation benefits

• Strong business analysis expertise with proven ability to:
  • Investigate and analyze complex business challenges
  • Define clear requirements through structured approaches
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
