I am working alongside a well-known and highly respected British Charitable Institution based in Southwest London who are currently looking to recruit a Learning & Development Co-Ordinator to join their busy HR Department to support and enhance training and development programmes, maintaining external and mandatory training and performance records. This is a permanent role and is paying up to £30,000 annum. 

Main duties include:

  • Assist with group training sessions and interacting with staff ensuring they understand what they have been taught throughout the meeting.
  • Co-ordinate the feedback from mandatory training sessions and Induction to ensure effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System ensuring all training records are accurate and up-to-date and liaising with managers regarding non-completion of mandatory training.
  • Monitor and manage the Learning Management System for compliance and course content. 
  • Provide support for staff in accessing the company database.
  • Collaborate with the EDI Co-Ordinator with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and upload relevant documents onto MyHR (database).
  • Support the Performance Management process, by ensuring timely completion of reports and liaising with Line Managers with reference to training and developmental needs.
  • Monitor and manage the probationary review process.
  • HR representative at Health & Safety meetings and fire warden.
  • Provide administrative support when required to the HR team.

To be considered for this role you must possess:

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development administrator, preferably within a care environment.
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to effectively inform, advise and influence people across the business.
  • Strong IT knowledge and skills to manage multiple systems.
  • CIPD L&D Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
