Secondary Teacher Role & Responsibilities:

? Implement engaging and effective lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum standards.

? Evaluate student progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
? Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing behaviour, promoting respect, and ensuring the safety of all students.
? Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Secondary Teacher Non-negotiables:

? Must have QTS/QTLS

? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

? Must have enhanced DBS or willing to purchase one
