Residential Conveyancer

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable conveyancer for a fantasticopportunity in the Solihullarea. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity (fully office based) for an individual with experience in the following responsibilities:

• Professional case research and provision of legal advise

• Expert provision and preparation of legal and financial documentation

• Management of probate and litigation tasks

• Liaison with solicitors and estate agents in line with lease and contracts administration

• Other ad hoc administrative duties in line with the needs of the team

You must be immediately available and possess specific experience as a conveyancer within a professional setting. You must also possess experience in handling your own files ideally with 3 years + PQE.
