Senior Account Manager are responsible for helping existing customers discover solutions to their business challenges and educating them about Service Express products and services. They are responsible for the Managed Infrastructure Services up-sell, cross sell, renewal and growth of our existing customers.
OTE: £150-£250K with the ability to earn more with an uncapped commission structure

What We Are Looking For From You:
- Engage and focus on growing existing customer wallet share
- Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology to qualify new leads, overcoming objections, and pricing/negotiating deals that are profitable to Service Express
- Effectively run and execute meetings with customers and set meetings with new customer contacts that hold and build pipeline
- Uncover customer needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges
- Develop and deliver customised proposals based on needs analysis to customers
- Build and manage 12-month pipeline, consistently executing to drive results
What you will bring:
