Senior Building Surveyor
- Mon- Fri (Hybrid is a possibility)
- 9:00 - 5:30 (Flexible in busy periods)

Main Duties
- Commercial, heritage and residential construction designing
- Dilapidation inspections
- Building inspections
- Negotiate with a mixture of parties
- Full Driving license / own vehicle
- Strong Knowledge of building regulations, Heritage legislation and Project management
- MRICS Qualifications (desired)
- 2 + years' experience within the sector
- RICS Level 2 (desired)
