Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will support the learning and development of children with SEN, working closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Support students' social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in UK schools.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
