Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Secondary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored educational programs to meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.
• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching SEN students.
• UK teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Early Career Teachers (ECT) are welcome to apply.
