Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Client Management:

    • Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
    • Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from vacancy briefing to candidate placement.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management:

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.).
    • Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met.
    • Provide career advice to candidates, including interview preparation, CV writing, and salary negotiations.
    • Build and maintain a strong database of candidates, keeping in touch with top talent to ensure ongoing availability.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process:

    • Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client management, and offer negotiation.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of candidates to clients while providing excellent customer service at all stages.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the recruitment database (CRM).
  • Market Insights & Strategy:

    • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
    • Offer insights and advice to clients about hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
    • Continuously strive to improve recruitment processes, and contribute ideas to improve the team's overall performance.
Recruitment Consultant Key Skills & Experience:
  • Sales Skills: Ability to generate new business and effectively negotiate with clients and candidates.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders.
  • Target-Oriented: Strong results-driven mentality with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative in overcoming challenges and finding solutions to meet client needs.
  • IT Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
