My client whose office is based on the outskirts of Plymouth is looking for a Preconstruction Assistant to join their team. You will need to have a construction/MEP background and with at least 3 years experience in document control. 

You will need:- 

• Great experience in all aspects of administration 
• Able to put together a quality submission
• Knowledge of the pre-construction proces
• Indesign Experience and technical understanding

This is a permanent position with an immediate start. The salary is £25-28k with an excellent benefits package.
