Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all mandatory lettings requirements, both locally and nationally.
- Provide accurate bi-weekly reporting on rental arrears.
- Maintain high service levels for tenants and landlords, resolving issues promptly.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Administer and enhance business systems, databases, processes, and policies.
- Manage a large portfolio of student and residential properties.
- Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Handle tenancy agreements, payments, contract signing, and deposit registration.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with site teams.
- Maintain high occupancy rates in collaboration with on-site teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for new investors and owners.
- Exhibit resilience and a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

- ARLA Qualification is essential.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A dynamic, driven personality with a passion for the industry.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in presenting and interpreting information.
- A collaborative team player who can inspire and motivate colleagues.

Skills & Abilities:

- Essential experience in lettings and property management.
- Strong managerial and team management skills.
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a complex workload.
- Flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working hours: Monday-Friday
