CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Tradewind is seeking a CACHE Level 3 SEN Learning Support Assistant to join an inclusive primary school in Croydon. This full-time position is available to start ASAP.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs (SEN) in a mainstream primary setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting the educational and emotional development of pupils.

• Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEN.
• Assist with planning and delivering tailored lessons alongside the class teacher.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Develop strategies to manage and support students' behaviour and emotional needs.
• Foster social skills and independence both in and out of the classroom.

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Education.
• Proven experience working with children with SEN.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
