Our client are the preferred partner to world-leading AI start-ups, and technology-driven hedge funds with a primary focus on London, New York, and San Francisco.

Their day-to-day involves working with many of the world's smartest Engineers, Researchers and Scientists and connecting them to the world's most impressive firms. Founded in 2019, they are a highly experienced team of 12 and are looking to hire multiple recruiters who share their common values and their ambition to be the best there is.

You'll work in their highly collaborative team environment, with a team who have a deep interest and passion for their specialist markets. This opportunity will work very closely with the founders, who are million pound billers on an insanely warm and lucrative desk.

Their office is situated in the heart of Canary Wharf and they operate a hybrid working model, 2 days per week in the office. Naturally they operate monthly incentives, company retreats, and highly competitive commissions.

Key Responsibility:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates within the AI and ML technology sector.
  • Utilise effective communication skills to engage with candidates and build lasting relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement strategic AI tech recruitment plans.
  • Business Development and client management
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and direct approached
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
  • Collaborate with international team members to enhance recruitment strategies

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an IT Technology discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment databases and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Graduate degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Adaptability and interest in global business dynamics
