ROLE: Electrical CAD Technician

LOCATION: Totton, Southampton

Job Summary:

• Produce 2D electrical schematic drawings in line with project specifications and company standards.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet technical requirements.

• Review and update drawings regularly to ensure they remain accurate and up to date.

• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

• Understand project timelines and deliver drawings within required deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in using 2D CAD software, with a preference for AutoCAD experience.

• Ideally, qualified to HNC/HND level in a relevant engineering discipline, or have a strong background in AutoCAD.
• Experience in producing electrical schematic drawings.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with engineering design tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
