Legal PA

An exciting and rare opportunity for a Legal PA to join the litigation team of a top US law firm.

This role will see you supporting a range of fee-earners up to partner level with PA and secretarial duties including:

• Complex diary management and meeting arrangements
• Organising events and client visits
• Organising travel and itineraries
• Assisting with billing and WIP
• Assisting the wider litigation team

This Legal PA role is perfect for someone who has worked in a law firm and gained experience in supporting up to Partner level in a litigation team. You will be a team player and have the ability to build fast and effective allocations with your team.

This is a permanent role with a salary up to c£50,000 plus hybrid working and excellent benefits.
