Engineering Surveyor

Our client is currently in the market for an engineering surveyor to join their ever-growing team, the reason for this vacancy is due to growth of the business, the head office is located in Bromley. This role entails inspections on lifts and pressure systems, our client is open to candidates who have experience inspecting lift or pressure system's. This role comes with a salary of £40,000-£45,000 dependant on experience, company vehicle and healthcare benefits.

Engineering Surveyor Job Overview

• Insurance inspections of lifts and press systems, attending sites to examine equipment.
• Adhere to company health and safety legislation.
• Provide reports of options for either refurbishment or potential replacement.
• Carry out visual surveys and audits for lifts & pressure systems.
• Travelling independently at attend customer sites across London & the home counties.
• Work in a methodical, efficient and professional manner at all times.
• Keep records and associated paper work up to date.
• Provide great customer service to customers/clients.
• Routes to progression available in this role.

Engineering Surveyor Job Requirements

• Experience in independently diagnosing/repairing a variety of lifts or pressure systems
• Relevant qualifications in either the lift or pressure system industry.
• Good written and spoken English
• Manual driving licence
• Happy to cover London & the home counties.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent administrative skills.

• £40,000-£45,000 dependant on experience.
• 7:30am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday).
• Overtime readily available if needed.
• 28 days holiday including bank holiday.
