Job Summary:

We are working with a facilities client who are looking for a part-qualified finance business partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and will work closely with the finance team to ensure that the company’s financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial analysis and insight to support business performance and improvement.

Manage financial operations and services, including maintaining and improving financial systems and processes.

Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure that financial resources are used effectively.

Provide financial advice and support to influence operational decision making.

Support and challenge investment appraisals and business cases.

Facilitate and challenge long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Analyze and communicate financial data and reports.

Support commercial activity and enable the business to find solutions to address complex business queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA or CIMA).

2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a role such as management accountant, finance manager, or finance analyst.

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business operations, financial modelling, and budget management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
