• Plan, lead, and oversee audit engagements from initiation through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building lasting relationships and acting as their go-to advisor for audit-related matters
• Identify client needs and opportunities for additional services, contributing to business development
• Supervise and mentor the audit team, ensuring high-quality work and supporting professional growth
• Review and finalise audit reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in presenting findings to clients
• Ensure compliance with UK auditing standards, IFRS, and UK GAAP across all engagements
• Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated client solutions and maximise value

• Fully qualified ACA or ACCA with at least three years’ post-qualification experience in audit
• Proven experience managing audit engagements for a variety of clients, including owner-managed businesses
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, and UK GAAP
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
