• Lead tax advisory assignments and support Directors on complex projects
• Manage and service a portfolio of clients with varied and challenging needs
• Provide technical advice to both clients and internal teams, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and professionalism
• Prepare and review complex corporate and personal tax returns
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development
• Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and generate business leads
• Contribute to departmental initiatives, processes, and projects, while overseeing team performance metrics such as chargeable time, recoveries, and billings
• Support marketing initiatives, including content creation and client engagement activities
• Represent the team at client functions, networking events, and seminars to build professional relationships

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with significant experience in tax advisory and compliance within UK practice
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams
• Strong commercial insight and experience managing client portfolios
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building and sustaining client relationships
• A strategic thinker with a drive for career progression and business development

• £70,000 to £90,000 pa
